Something different than the usual indigo colored denim comes the Heather Grey Selvedge, brand new from Naked & Famous Denim! Coming in at 13.5oz of Japanese selvedge denim, the cotton fabric is woven using top-dyed yarns. Instead of dyeing the yarn grey, heathered cotton fibers in different tones are blended together at the fiber stage before spinning. This mixing of light and dark grey fibers is what creates the fabric’s grey color, resulting in a naturally layered grey with depth and visual softness, avoiding the flat, uniform look of piece-dyed or yarn-dyed greys. The jeans come rigid out of the box, but the denim will break in gradually with wear. Over time, the fabric softens and molds to the body while retaining its structure and textured character. The end result is a refined grey selvedge denim that balances durability, comfort, and understated visual complexity.
Strong Guy is a wide straight fit with a high rise. Comfortable through the seat and thighs, it combines a roomy silhouette with a clean straight leg.
