RETURNING CUSTOMERS: Thanks for coming back and shopping with us and supporting our small business! Shoot us an email with your previous order numbers and we’ll see how we can help you out with shipping. We will also expedite your order and ship it out the same day (excluding Saturday after 11am EST/Sundays).
Please note the following updated lead times for USPS packages:
Priorty Mail: 3-5 business days
Ground/First Class Shipping: 7-14 business days
Tax free for all customers not shipping to a Connecticut residence and are NOT purchasing through the Shopify Marketplace application.
We always try to ship your package by the next business day, however it’s not always possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. If we believe your shipment may take a little longer than usual, we’ll contact you to give you the heads up.

Saturday: 8 am - 10:30 am EST
Sunday: NO SHIPMENTS

Free U.S economy shipping on orders $200+. $9 U.S flat rate economy shipping for orders $150-$199. $7 U.S flat rate economy shipping for items under 1lb. Free local same day delivery for residents of lower Fairfield County, CT.
International Customs:
Check with your local government about custom taxes that you may or may not need to pay upon your packages arrival in your country. Our forms are US government automated that comply fully with the US tax laws. If your package hasn’t been delivered to you directly, chances are your local post or customs office has it for you to pick up and retrieve. They may not contact you so it’s best that you contact them first with your tracking number.
Duties, Taxes and Other Fees:
Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency at the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and The Thirty-First Co. will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
UK/EU Customers/VAT Payment: Due to the new UK/EU VAT tax, UK/EU customers will be required to pay an additional VAT tax on all items upon arrival in their country (depending on the price of the item). This may be an additional tax on top of a customs tax. Please check with your local government for more information. Refusal of your package in your country, which in turn gets sent back to us is deemed a return and subject to our return policy and a $50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you’re unable to purchase an item on our site, you are in a country that is restricted to ship by our shipping providers.
