Priorty Mail: 3-5 business days
Ground/First Class Shipping: 7-14 business days
If you purchased an item from a third party site (eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Grailed, Mercari etc.) you CANNOT return or exchange the item.
If you would like to return or exchange a used or new item purchased on www.thethirtyfirst.co, please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days of delivery, you are no longer eligible for a return or exchange. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval at the customers shipping expense. A valid tracking number must be provided showing tracking to our hub in order for your return to be eligible for a refund.
Items must be in the condition delivered with all original tags (if new), unworn (if new), unaltered, unwashed, and free from damages by the customer to be eligible for a return. IF ITEM IS RETURNED WITH ANY OF THE CONDITIONS STATED IN THIS PARAGRAPH, THE ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND IS ILLEGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. ANY ‘ACCIDENTAL’ PURCHASES CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED.
If you would like us to provide you with a pre-paid return label for your return, the payment for the return label will be deducted from your overall refund payment. Exchanges are not eligible for return labels.
Paid postage for your original purchase is non-refundable.
WE DON’T OFFER PARTIAL REFUNDS
USED ITEMS: Please be aware that used items are in fact USED. We try our best to wash all garments, but we don’t always have the chance to do so. WE SUGGEST YOU WASH YOUR GARMENT UPON ARRIVAL. All used items aren’t perfect or new and we do our best to point out any imperfections if there are any. If you purchased a used item EXPECT TO SEE SIGNS OF WEAR AND USE. Many of our items are five, ten, twenty, thirty+ years old and are collectors items, limited in availability.
LOST PACKAGES: If you believe your package is lost, please contact us so we can contact the shipping provider on your behalf. PLEASE NOTE: Once a missing package case is initiated with the USPS or UPS, it can take between 5-10 weeks to establish whether or not the package is lost or simply needs to be rerouted. We will only send a refund once we've received confirmation from either shipping provider that the package case has been closed and the package is in fact lost. 9 times out of 10 the shipping provider is able to locate the package and reroute it to your destination. We ask for your patience.
