Refund policy

If you purchased an item from a third party site (eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Grailed, Mercari etc.) you CANNOT return or exchange the item.  

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.thethirtyfirst.co, please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval at the customers shipping expense. PLEASE NOTE: ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

If you would like us to provide you with a pre-paid return label for your return, the payment for the return label will be deducted from your overall refund payment.  Exchanges are not eligible for return labels. 

PAID POSTAGE FOR YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

WE DON’T OFFER PARTIAL REFUNDS - ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND UPON ARRIVAL BACK AT OUR HUB.

IF YOU PURCHASED AN ITEM BRAND NEW WITH TAGS, ALL TAGS MUST BE ON THE ITEM FOR IT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN FOR A REFUND.

USED ITEMS: Please be aware that used items are in fact USED.  We try our best to wash all garments, but we don’t always have the chance to do so.  WE SUGGEST YOU WASH YOUR GARMENT UPON ARRIVAL.  All used items aren’t perfect or new and we do our best to point out any imperfections if there are any.  If you purchased a used item EXPECT TO SEE SIGNS OF WEAR AND USE.  Many of our items are five, ten, twenty, thirty+ years old and are collectors items and are limited in availability.
