We appreciate your patience through the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Rest assured that our shipping schedule has not changed, and we are continuing to operate at 100% without any delays.  PLEASE DO NOTE: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic USPS & UPS delays are ongoing and are longer than usual; some extending out to two months.  

No matter which shipping option you choose, we always ship the same day, 2 times a day:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:00 pm EST
Saturday: 8 am - 11:00 am EST

Here are a list of USPS closure days in which we DO NOT SHIP

Free U.S shipping for orders $150 or more.  Free local same day delivery for residents of Fairfield County, CT.  

Free shipping to Canada for orders $200 or more.

Select countries have the option of having free shipping on orders $250 or more.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS: Check with your local government about custom taxes that you may or may not need to pay upon your packages arrival in your country.  Our forms are US government automated that comply fully with the US tax laws.  If your package hasn’t been delivered to you directly, chances are your local post or customs office has it for you to pick up and retrieve.  They may not contact you so it’s best that you contact them first with your tracking number.

UK/EU CUSTOMERS/VAT PAYMENT: Due to the new UK/EU VAT tax, UK/EU customers will be required to pay an additional VAT tax on all items upon arrival in their country (depending on the price of the item).  This may be an additional tax on top of a customs tax.  Please check with your local government for more information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS NOTE: First Class International USPS is only available for select countries due to the inability to track packages and the unavailability of insurance if your package is lost.  If it’s not available to you during checkout, you’re in a country that doesn’t track for First Class USPS.  PLEASE BE AWARE lost packages/un-trackable packages will not be refunded if not received and claims cannot be filed with the USPS for lost First Class International packages.
